I was attempting to delete a few files out of photoshop, some plugins, and somehow, when doing that, I deleted my entire photoshop. I dont know how that's even possible, or how I did it, but, thank god, I had the disc, and my dad used to be a computer/programming teacher, who along with teaching, fixed computers, so my photoshop is back. I have nothing. No brushes, nothing. Its not as bad as deleting all of my files, like alot of people have done here before, but Im still panicking.
Does anyone have like, a heap of brushes/patterns/anything they could send over to me, or something? I desperately need some =/

Why don't you restore you computer to an earlier date. Restore you computer to yesterday. All of your old files will be intact. Also, didn't it go to your recycle bin first?

No, I have a program that gets rid of everything completely, so that I cant get it back. Im not all to sure what its called, but it makes it that it doesn't go to the recycle bin, and theres now way possible you can get it back. It came with a whole heap of programs with a computer magazine, and I thought it might be useful, because Im a 'pack rat' (Not sure if that the right word) and I always keep my graphics, I have graphics from when I was on matmice =) So I went on a deleting spree, and just so that I never tried to go get them back, I installed it.
I dont kno what you mean by restoring my computer to yesterday...

What operating system do you use? You can restore you computer to the way it was yesterday so that all of your files that you deleted today will be back into your computer.

I use Windows =) Would it get rid of the files I made today? Or would I be able to somehow change it back?

It would get rid of the files you made today, but after you restore the computer, you could also un-restore if you wanted. It will give you that option. If I were you I would upload them to Photobucket before you do this or save them elswhere.
Anyways, here is what you do. I have Windows XP.
1. Click on Start
2. Go to All Programs
3. Click on Accesories, then Click on System Tools
4. After you do that click on System Restore
5. A Window will pop up
6. Press the button that says "Restore my computer to an earlier time."
7. Press next and choose a date.
8. Then press next again. It will have to restart the computer.
System restore doesn't work for everyone though. You have to have your computer settings to allow it. Also, for some reason when I try to restore it never works. Might work for you though. :)
Also, to get your Trash bucket to hold the trash and not just delete it, right click on the trash bucker ot recycle bin whatever Click properties and uncheck Do not move files to recycle bin.
