ZOMG!!! cropping!!

I have a .psd file it has all it's layers and everything.
but it a layout yeah and i cropped the footer of the layout and saved the file then i went out of the psd and when i opened it the next day all it had was the footer and all the layers is there a way to get the layout back?

Like uncrop it ?

If you saved over your previous file, then no, I'm pretty sure their isn't. Unless your layers still have the whole graphic on them if you move it. But I don't think so...
