^What she said.

In you layers box, right click your text and "Duplicate Layer or (CTRL+ALT+J)"
On that duplicated layer use the "Move Tool(V)"
Bellow "File, Edit, Image, Layer.. etc" Check "Show Transform Controls"
Now while still on your move tool, take the top and drag it down.
Put it closer to the other text layer using your mouse or the keyboard arrows.
The opacity is in the layer box, lower it to whatever you want.

And your done! =)

When your sure you want your font and text that way you can try..
Use the brush tool and click on that text layer,
A box should pupup, click "ok"
then go to "Edit>>Transform>>Distort"
Now still using your move tool, that text layer and "Show Transform Controls" on
Drag the two bottom corners out, so there more wide.

Hope that helps. :]

Duplicate the text.
Click on the copied layer.
Click BLENDING OPTIONS.
Select GRADIENT OVERLAY.
Set it to Black to Transparent. (Black can be your background, or any color).
Make sure black is at the bottom. If it isn't. Use "reverse".
Click Okay (exit blending options).
Lower the opacity of the copied layer to 30 - 60 %.
Rasterize the copied text layer.
Go to edit and select transform > flip horizontal / vertical (depends on what your text looks like).
Click on the move tool once flipped.
Move it down a whee bit.

Done.
