This tutorial was made by me Alejandra please dont copy it or redistribute this tutorial..
For this tut you need:
-Adobe Photoshop (i have the CS one)
-Adobe ImageReady (also i have this one CS)
the final product is this one:

--aclaration: i have my PS and IR in spanish so try to follow exactly where is each thing--
1. Open PS, add the text blabla bla put a little star or wtf, be sure that you didnt acoplate any layer that you have all layers separated:

2. Select/ Select all then Edit/Copy combinated then File/New dont edit any of the sizes only click ok.
3. then you will have a new window with the exact size of ur work, (you still have all selected the glitter), then pass to the window that has the glitter go to the layer palette right click to the text layer and select Options of Fusion

4. then a window will appear and change to this options:

if u noted where says "tamaņo" (in english "size") is where you change the size of the light, bigger the number less light, smaller the number more light.
5. Then Edit/Copy Combinated then go to the window that we made on step 2 and then Edit/Paste, you should have it like this:

6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 by making the light bigger in the text, when u get the most bigger light that best looks in the text start putting the small light in the star, when the star's light gets bigger the text's light will get smaller

7. at the end layer you should have no light in teh text and in the star, (for me the light changes lasted 7 layers) click in the little button that is at the bottom of the tool palette and it will move ur work to ImageReady

8. when you have ur work on IR put in order the layers of number on the layer palette(for me appeared in this order layer 7, layer 6, layer 5 etc.. and i ordered like this:

^layer 1, layer 2 etc
9. Then make a new layer and click in the eye (that is on the layer palette) of the layer 1, make another layer and click i the eye of teh second layer, do this until you are done with all layers. (Capa is Layer in spanish)

10. Now we are going to change the time of the animation, for me i put the animation 0.3 secs where says Otro (Otro means Other in spanish)

11. Click in the little button in form of an triangule to play teh animation and ViOALAAHH! you have ur flashy glitter done! to save it File/Save Optimizated as..
