Me DIV Layout---YOU $6

I need a nice looking layout for my website http://www.commentsurway.com
it needs to have the following

-4 areas ( left,middle,right, advertsing box)
-must be coded

1st place- $6+ 4k points + 6 Months advertising
2nd place- 3k + 2 Months advertising
3rd place- 500 points + 1 month advertising

I need this within a week from today!

i'll enter but one thing is

-4 areas ( left,middle,right, advertsing box that can fit 88x31 buttons 3 or 4 across and about 3 down for a total of 12 buttons total)
