How to upload on CuteFTP?

but, now on CuteFTP I can't upload? The upload button is disabled?! someone help, PLEASE! :(:(:(

Ohhh, to edit it click the little notepad thingy
Ok on the icon bar above it's the 12th icon starting at the left
