Retrieving stuff from Smart FTP

So, my smart FTP has expired, and I have no way of getting in to my FTP and I've forgotten my FTP details. Is there any way I can fetch these via my computer???

You can try to download Smart FTP again or buy it. I download it to upgrade it so you can keep it and contact your host to retrieve your FTP info.

I've been using the free version of Smart FTP for over a year, it's weird that it won't let you enter it.... the nag screen comes up saying please buy a license if you're a commercial user, but when you click ok it works.. :)

^^ Yeah I'm trying to find tutorials on bypassing nag screens.
The only reason I'm not going to uninstall it is because my FTP passwords are installed in it >__>
