To make: A div layout
Prizes:
4000 points to the winner
3000 points to the person in second place.

I will only be having a second place winner if there are 2 very good entries.
If the quality of all of the entries is low quality, I will be lowering the prices.

If it is coded and has css that price will apply.

If it isn't coded/css you can still win but your prize with be less.

I need a preview of the header that you made and a coded example if possible unless you decide to code if you win and please state whether you will code or not.
