DIV Layout contest. Win $10!

Can you code div layouts? If so, this is the contest for you!

I need a div layout for Quotetastic.net (http://quotetastic.net). I suck at making them professional, so I'm making a contest.

Rules:
- Must be made by you
- Needs to be fully coded in DIV format (containers are preffered, but if you don't know how to do that I'm not going to make you learn) with matching CSS aswell.
- Must be professional, but cute at the same time
- Any colours are good
- No celebs
- The content DIV needs to be at least 500px wide
- No image mapping please
- Please save the the .psp image (I only have PSP) and a blank version, so I can add different text if I want.
- Credit may or may not be given, it might just be a link on the side
- Make sure you state where all the brushes, textures, etc. are from
If I think of anything else, I'll add it.

Layouts I like:
Fresh Memory (http://fresh-memory.com/) - I love how the CSS is simple, yet super cute. I love the css, and how the layout is set up.
Aero Charm (http://aerocharm.com/) - I love how it's simple, yet cute. The CSS is amazing aswell. I especially love the navigation effects, with the multi coloured and the images on the side.
Ego Box (http://ego-box.com/) - It's simple, professional and cute. The CSS is awesome too.
My Sweet Space (http://mysweetspace.net/) - It's cute, colourful and professional. You can never go wrong with web 2.0
Charm Royal (http://www.charmroyal.com) - It's cute, colourful and the CSS is amazing.

Prizes:
1st place- $10 or 15k points
2nd Place- Whichever one 1st place didn't take
3rd Place- 6mnth advertsising on my site

Extra Notes:
- If you don't/can't code the layout, you can still submit it however you will only get $5 or 10k points without it.
- If both first and second place want points, that can be done but only one person will get the $10
- Since I am paying for both the first and second place layout, I get full rights to them. I won't resell them, but this means that I can use either one any number of times, and once I pay you they become mine and you can't resell them or give them away.
- This may change at anytime

My layout image is saved as a .psd though, but if I remeber correctly, PSP can open those too? Tell me if that's okay :)

Psp can open .psd files, but if it has ps features like layer blending or w/e, then it just flattens the image.

You're welcome :) And no, all I did was change the opacity on some things. I just tested in in psp, it opens :)

I don't think I can answer that, because it's only one of your layouts and all of your layouts are different.

I know, but I can't say because it's not like you're entering that layout.
Like, every single layout you make is going to be different quality, so I can't say oh yeah make a layout because I like that quality, because they all come out differently.
