To select all layers and pick Image> Adjustment > ________
I mean I've tried it but it didn't wrk for mee but is there another way?

You could merge all layers together and then go to Image > Adjustment. To merge, it's I think Shift + Ctrl + E.

Get your layers looking how you want them to for the image > adjustment, then make a new layer and do image > apply image.

You would do it the same way in psp as you would in ps, you have to merge the layers first.

Okay so i MERGE the layers then.. can someone post a tutorial with picture for PS or PSP preferably PS ?

Like i wanna recolour my glitters in many colours?
But instead of doing every layer i could jst select all and recolour @ the same time

It's easier to just create an Adjustment Layer... Layer > New Adjustment Layer > ______.

It's easier to just create an Adjustment Layer... Layer > New Adjustment Layer > ______.
Basically when you do that it'll create a new layer with whatever layer adjustments you make, and instead of stylizing just one layer it will affect all the layers under it on the layer pallette.
