Okay, so I am holding a layout contest. The winner will get 14000 points and 2nd place will get 3000 points. I would get to use both layouts!

-Divs
-can have dolls, pixels, or celebs
-I would prefer dolls or pixels though
-I will ask for coding for an extra 1000 points, it would be appreciated.
-I can give you indirect credit or link you as a loved site
-Please don't tag your name and site on the layout
-Must say Pixie Dust
