DIV Layout comp. 15,000 points prize!

The layout must have/say/be:

- Coded with css
- Needs to say "Social Glitter"
- HQ (High Quality.)
- Please do not put Copyright "blah blah."
- No specific colors
- Must be appropriate for all ages!

This site will be a BLOG/GLITTERS/Myspace Graphics/Other Graphics.

The prize:
You will be credited, and linked on my site as long as I have the layout up.
and.. get the prize of 15,000 points!
