like maybe on a nice velvet cloth with makeup items scattered on it.., etc..?

They need to be images taken by you.

you can also submit them edited but you must also have your original image.

But then there would be no point to this contest...
I mean what's the point of entering and going through the trouble if NO ONE might end up being awared in the end?
A contest is all about compeiting for an award or prize or whatever.
There would have to be at least ONE entry you like BEST :p

I will still be giving points out for just entering as long as they follow the requirements so I don't see why I should have to pay 1st place for something if I need to be able to use it and I won't if they are not good.
For example, if all the entries are pixelated and blurry and low quality then I won't be able to use them and that may happen since only 3 or so people enter these types of competitions anyway.

I didnt know how big you wanted the photo to be, so I simply made it web compatible at 800x600pixels. It's not sharp and it's not lighted, but hey... this is not a professional shoot :P

It's basically just a fun contest Q :]
Everyones gathering up hair products/accesories, and make-up.
Then, taking pictures to see who has the "best" photography skills.
But, all in all its just for fun, but theres some prizes involved.
