What I Need

Site Header (With title and without title)
CSS
Coding (live preview with some text/fake links added)
I need it to be big, about the size of the examples below.
I need it very colorful. But i would like the base color to be a black, dark grey or dark brown.
I need it to say "Super Sweet Sixteen" or "Super Sweet 16"

I won't credit because i will be buying this from the winner(s) for points AND money
Depending on how much i like the entries. I may choose more than one winner.
I will be using php since it is a div layout, not sure if you needed to now that when coding it.
If i don't chose you as the winner, you can keep the layout for yourself, sell it or give it to someone else =)

The second banner i like the right side with the colors but i'm not too crazy about the left side. That one is a good entry but there is always space to make it better.

As for what you said, There will only be a first place winner (unless i can't make up my mind) but first place gets all of the prizes listed. =)

Sweet Baby *I like that the background is blank but maybe change the background of the boxes to a dark pink to match the banner and if possible the title of each box a light and creamy whitish pink. Save the coding you have now though. Just play around with it but i think this would look awesome!*

i'll re-code the style sheet to a different like style so you can choose between the one now and then the one that i am gonna make =]

one thing though, "welcome to super sweet sixteen!" part where underneath says blah blah blah for sample text it is over to the left a bit too far and overlapping with the black line part. =) Other than that.. it's perfect!!!!
