smartFTP problem

well a few minutes ago smartFTP worked fine now it says this
when i am trying to upload something it says

what do i do now?

Refresh it? SmartFTP sucks, it always does that and it 'goes to sleep' all the time. Use CoreFTP ^__^

You may of used up all of your bandwidth.. I'm not sure, ask your host.. ?

nah i have alot more bandwidth.
and okay maybe i'll use coreFTP
