Layout Contest [$$]

I need a layout for my upcoming shop for summer-sky.org.
I will give $5 to the winner, or 20,000 points.
It must be coded with css. If its not, you will only get $4 or 15,000 points.
It must say 'Summer-Sky Designs' You can add a small sub-text if you wish. Something along the lines of 'quality graphics by summer-sky.org'

I would like it saved in layers if possbile, so you will need to send the .png & .psd or .PspFile along with coding in a .zip file.' You could host them at sendspace.com.
Coding with php includes is preferred, but not necessary.

You can put image mapping if you want, and if you do the links should be 'About', 'FAQ', 'Products', 'Order', 'Contact', 'Home'

Colours, fonts and/or sizes do not matter. I do not want celebs or random models. No people whatsoever!

You will get a link in the footer. It will say something along the lines of 'Layout by ________'. If you do not win, you may do what you please with the layout.

I am going to be very picky, and if less then 10 people enter, I will only be giving out points.

If I forgot anything, let me know.

Also, I might need to change the site name if I give up my site (but I will still have a shop) so please save a blank / layered version of the layout.
Although a layered version does no good for me if you use PS, because i have PSP.
