Core FTP?!

i wanna learn how to use ftp, core FTP .. i mean, i know how to sign in and upload, but how can i put a layout on my site and how do i have content and stuff .uih.

Are you hosted? Your host would have provided you the login details.

To put a layout on your site, you need to know how to make and code them.
Once you have it coded as .html or .php, you need to upload that file, then go to yoursite.com/filename.fileextension

-yes i am hosted, and she gave me the login thingy, but thats not my problem =( ..

-so i code my layout on notepad >> how do i make it html ?

you save it as title.html and make sure it says all files not .txt
