Div Layout :: Points OR Money

Basic Idea
I am looking for a high quality div layout for my new sales site. Rules/Musts are below along with winners prizes. I will not end until there are 15+ entries. I have written below what must be included and my interests for this to give you a greater chance of winning. I will not be giving everyone who enters a prize but there will be a handful of winners.

Judging & Ending

Musts
Must say "Splash Factory" (keep an untitled version as well please)
I don't want it coded.
Must come with a background.
I will not credit.
I will not be auctioning, trading, selling this layout.
I will not be redistributing this layout.
I like darker colors.
Buttons will be a plus if you make them to match.
No celebs please.
Professional looking, not girly girly.

Prizes
1st Place: 10,000 points
2nd Place: 5,000 points
3rd Place: 2,000 points
4th Place: 1,000 points
*Sorry i can't do cash prizes i have to save for moving*

Of course barbie =). I like darker colors, dark blues(navy), gray/black, dark purple, dark pink, maroon. =)
