It needs a design so here is what we're looking for...
. Something clean and professional looking
. Something summer themed with lots of bright colors and something with rollovers and neat effects
. Something girly and cute

What we do NOT want...
. Dolls
. "Sugar blocks"
. Iframe layout
. A giant "THIS SITE IS COPYRIGHT ME 2007-FOREVER" sign on it

Will have your site name of course.
You can pick a different font if you want.
You can pick different colors for the text or flowers beside the text.
Can come with a pixeled/regular border around the banner.
