i wasnt.....and it is SmartFTP this is the first time I've tried to log in
I've contacted my host but she hasn't responded yet

Perhaps change the address to either ftp://sugarpassion.com or just sugarpassion.com?

The address is obviousy wrong. Didn't your host send you the details? Ask her.

ur server/hostname should be

ftp.yoursite.com/org
