FTP Login Help

I Need Help Okay I Host People And i make there account info and when i check if it works on ftp this is what it says::

And it wont sign in on any ftp login i use smart ftp if any one can help i'd appreciate it:)

maybe theres a bit of downtime on the server at the second?

This happened with me too :(
You can always use http://ftplive.com if you have problems with SmartFTP :P

i use flashpeak blaze ftp

lol if that's subdomain the username would always be username@yoursite.com/net/org

just a guess lol =p
