General:
01. Never give out any serious personal information (street address etc).
02. We encourage you to only do transactions with people you trust.
03. Kville cannot be held responsible if a transaction goes wrong (i.e if you sent money but never received the graphics).
04. COMMERCIAL SALES will NOT be tolerated, the thread will be deleted and the user banned.
05. Close your thread once you're done.
06. Don't spam in threads, only post if you're bidding/buying/asking a question concerning the thread. Posts saying something like "Those are cute! I wish I had the money to buy them" are unnecessary and will be deleted.
07. Pay the money/points you owe to the people/person you owe it to.
08. Give people what you promise them (ex. a graphic, etc.)
09. Be respectful to everyone.
10. Follow everyone's personal rules (ex. if they want you to give credit, give credit)
11. Bumping is only allowed if your thread is on the third page or beyond, and if so, only once a day. Otherwise, no "bump" posts please. This includes any form of DOUBLE POSTING.
12. Do not delete your post and reposting it again and again, because it bumps other people's threads down.
Sellers:
01. You can only sell stuff YOU created unless you have permission by the original creator (+ proof), this also counts for the "Freebies" section.
If you're caught selling or giving away graphics that you did not have the permission for, you'll be banned from the Bazaar for 1 month and you'll lose all your points!
02. You can only sell the same graphics once, unless otherwise stated.
03. You're not allowed to sell warez such as MP3s, programs or any other pirated material.
04. Selling other visual points (such as Neopet points) for Kville points is forbidden.
05. Selling Kville points for money and vice versa is forbidden.
Buyers:
01. Byers get the sole ownership of sold items, unless otherwise stated.
(i.e. if you sell items, you're not allowed to still use them on your site, unless seller informs buyer beforehand)
02. Sold items might be tagged/edited by the buyer, unless seller states beforehand that they don't want the buyer to do so.
03. Buyer has to give credit to the seller unless stated otherwise.
Auctions:
01. In the starting thread, post the following:
-- Example of Graphic/Dolls/etc.
-- Starting Bid: ____ money
Starting Bid: What the bid should start at, what amount of the money the first person must bid.
-- MIV: ____ money
MIV: How much the bid must go up by (ex. MIV: 50, each bidder must bid at least 50 money more than the last bid)
-- Auction ends in ____ hours/days
You are NOT supposed to end the auction "whenever you like the price", if you want a certain amount SELL the graphics!
-- What the winning bidder can do with the auctioned items (ex. redistribute, use, etc.)
