Daily Lottery
Tickets cost 200 points + taxes.
Jackpot for the daily lottery is 3000 points.
To pick a winner a minimum of 15 tickets need to be sold.
If there arent 15 sold in a days time, purchased tickets will carry over to the next day, untill 10 tickets are sold.

Weekly Lottery
Tickets costs 500 points + taxes.
Starting jackpot for the weekly lottery is 6000 points.
To pick a winner a minimum of 10 tickets need to be sold.
If there arent 10 sold in a days time, purchased tickets will carry over to the next day, untill 10 tickets are sold.

Max tickets per user is 4 for both lottery types.

The winning tax is 1.5%

**UPDATE JULY 07 2006**

I changed some settings in the lottery.
I noticed most of the time there was only 1 person playing lottery, thus she always won, I'm sorry, but thats not how it's supposed to work. :/

Now, to draw a winner, a minimum of 10 tickets sold is required.
If they arent sold in time, already purchased tickets will carry over.
The Jackpot for the daily lottery is 3000.00 and for the weekly it's 10000.00.
The Jackpots will no longer increase with each ticket sold.
Max tickets per user in both lotteries (daily and weekly) is 4.
And on a positive note, I lowered the winning tax to 1.5% now :)
I also lowered the costs for the tickets.
Daily ticket costs now 100 KVP, weekly 500 KVP.
