FTP Internet help? :S

Ok, i've just had my site hosted, but my new host told me that her old hostees used Internet Explorer to upload files, & she has asked me to do the same...

I don't have a clue how to do it! When i log into the system of it, this is what comes up:

FTP root at yf.sugar-splash.com
To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

I've also tried uploaded in SmartFTP, they upload & everything alright.. but then when i try my site out, it redirects straight to my hosts site.. & says theres no such page? .uih.

Please, please can someone help me with whats going on?!?!

Click Page >> Open FTP in Windows Explorer and enter your password and user in the little pop-up
