Love the layout.
I would suggest, for the icons though, you put them all on one page? But give them sub-headnigs?

On first glance I found it very organized and love the css. I also love the simple layout.

From some pages, if I try to change skins, they don't change but are error pages. Some pages I found this one are:

It is coloured. You can't change the colours of the scrollbar in Firefox. Try viewing it in IE.

and by the way , it's just a suggestion x.x you don't have to change it (: ( everyone have different opinions on scrollbar x.x )

what I mean is , the first time I view your site , I'm already using Opera which allows me to view your scrollbar effect . and I'm saying that , your scrollbar colour might be unsuit with your site's layout / colours ..

as for my second reply , I'm saying that you don't have to change your scrollbar colour just because of my suggestion / opinion because everyone have a different look at scrollbar .
