Wordpress widgets? (100pts)

I cant seem to add any widgets to my sidebar on my wordpress account. Click here (http://i38.tinypic.com/2czrdhk.jpg)to see what the widgets page looks like when I go on it.

So when you press "add" it won't move over to the "current widgets" column?
The answer is that you probably don't have your theme sidebar "widgetized" or in other words, widget friendly.
