Firstly I want to ask about buying domains, where are the best & cheapest sites to buy them from? Do they come with hosting? Cpanel?..

And secondly i'm currently looking for a host, for my freewebs site.

domains themselves, don't have cpanel. it's the hosting plan.

I'm hosted at http://bluehost.com they give you one free domain with your hosting plan if you get a one or two year plan. You get cPanel and several other features as mentioned on their site.

Well I bought my domain with godaddy.com and I have hosting with hostgator.com.
host gator is a very reliable host with lots of space and bandwidth.go check them out.
