What are you looking for in a host? What type of support (e-mail, IM, support tickets), plans (including ideal cost), etc?

Just trying to get some ideas to improve Magick Host!

I look for a decent amount of space & bandwidth for my money.
And GOOD, meaning fast and relianle, customer support.

FTP access, and the ability to have my own domain name are must-needs too, and PHP access.
