I've been quoted $10.00 (annually) along with some of my content (page signs, smilies, brushes, scripts and download buttons) for this:

1GB Space
10GB Bandwidth
1 Free .com/.net/.org domain
Unlimited Sub Domains, Email Accounts, FTP Accounts, MySQL Databases....
0 Parked Domains
2 Add On Domains

I want to keep my options open, I have a budget of about $10-$12 annually.
I know it can be done and with a good host as I have done it before.
I would like a host with a good reputation, will be staying open for at LEAST a year, on a good server and most of all, answers my questions.

If anybody can quote me a lower price, or even the same price for this, please let me know here and/or PM me and I'll have a look.
