Table layout wont work?

im trying out a new layout for my sit ^__^
it includes iframes and tables.

the problem is though, my layout seems screwed up D:

- the whole layout img partly shows/dosnt show
- the iframe wont "expand" the table

My code:

I feel dumb posting this but i dont know what to do! can someone help? T_T
