How can I stop MSN from always popping up?

Every time I turn my laptop on, and when it finished loading, MSN pops up. Is there any way that I could stop it from doing this? It gets annoying..

Go into Tools > Options > Preferences > Uncheck where it says "Run When Windows Starts Up" or something like that. :)

Hit the alt key. It should bring up the file, contacts, actions, tools, help menu. It's under tools on options.
