Where can I get a code for a hit counter that counts IPs, not every time I refresh. No free stat website links please I just want the code not some site I need to give credit to on every page.

If i'm not wrong, you can choose them to count the unique hits you get not the number of refreshed pages - meaning the people who actually stayed in your site for a quite some time like 30 min.
