what in the world is the difference of HQ glitters and glitters or...whatever..i'm just confused! What does "HQ" stand in HQ Glitters? :)

the difference is that HQ glitters are more high quality, better looking <3

like Phi and Avena said, HQ stands for High Quality. But everyone claims ther glitters are HQ these days, so just decide for yourself what's HQ and what's not. :)
