I need a host - subdomain

I need a host for my new blog. I've realised that I only updated kandiirae when I had a blog, because I would have something I needed to blog about eachday, and since I was on the computer anyways, I added stuff to kandiirae. I've had really bad experiences with hosts in the past, so I've added a few things I need from my host/hostess:

1. Experience very little downtime [almost every host I had site went down right after hosting me]
2. Give me reasonable amount of room. I'm not asking for unlimited space, but enough that I can upload things I can't upload on a normal hosting site, ex. psds, brushes, etc.
3. Talk to me, I'd like to be friends with my host, I like asking for help, talking to them about their site, and knowing when they are going away.. I don't want to randomly find out my host left.
4. Give me reasonable time to open, I've lost all of my past blog pages, so I'd have to start from scratch, and learn how to work and upload wordpress.

Anyways that's about it, I hope it isn't asking too much.

I can host you @ toldsecrets.org I've been open for a year and half now, and my site hasn't gone down yet, and I will try my best to help with any problems you have with your site.
You can have much as you need, MySQL Database, email if needed, etc.

I can host you on kiwi-candi.net I had it for 3-4 years and it hasn't been down yet except for when they were updating the servers but that was only for a day.
