How can I make graphics (glitters, quotes, dollies, etc) in bulk, quickly, without losing quality???

And glitters are supposed to be unique, so in what way does she mean 'bulk'?

You could always make a HUGE canvas thing and then make them all on it.
Save it, when you open it in animation shop, crop them like you would a letterset?
