Glass Text Without Plugins?

For some reason I've seemed to forgotten how to make glass text without plugins, and am looking for a good tut. I did find one before, but totally forget where or how I came across it, so basically I'm sol. Does anybody know of any good glass text tuts that don't require plugins?!?!?!?!?!?!? If you could help, it would be MUCH apreciated.
