I should have mentioned this but I have an unmetered Master Reseller which I paid for advance for two years. I'm also only selling this for a short time. It is a special offer that I'm offering because I don't use the space so I thought I'd offer cheap hosting. Also the 100% uptime is what it has been so far, that why it has the days it has been up. Uptime: 26 days. I'm sure it will go down for a few mintues but so far it hasn't this month. If you want to see the server specs you can check them here:

hmmm, first I've heard of that lol I was hosted with them for about 2 weeks and I got suspended because I hosted someone for FREE. Deleted the FREE hostee and got suspended again 2 day's later for for 'allegedly' spamming... when I hadn't even used the mailboxes yet.

I don't have a domain with my master reseller, I just log in with my IP. I did have one before but it expired because it was an old domain and there really was no point in renewing it if I can just log in with my IP. I do have a domain bouhosting.com but that is hosted on a different reseller from another host. I use that one to host friends on.

biggest mistake ever not having a support desk!.
WHMCS is only $15 a month, ClientExecs even Cheaper and that does billing + support, or even better Kayako eSupport but thats rather pricey.
anyway, my point nowadays, people want professionalism and to know that their website is in good hands, giving them a list of msn address's hardly does that :(

Also the fact you've paid for 2 years in advance seems a little shady, especially since your offering them at these cheap rates 8-).

what if you were to run into problems, because when your hosting, there can be unexpected problems popping up at anytime. (and i know from experience-believe me ;))
thats a waste of money, and i've been through dozens of hosts, thats why i would never buy in yearly bulks.

They were also changing the layout to the site, redesign. I don't see how it can be shady that I paid 2 years in advance. He gave me a good offer on a master reseller because I was looking for one at a forum and he contacted me and I got a good deal from him. My current clients don't seem to mind contacting me through MSN or at my personal blog site. I even have a osTicket installed at my site so they can send a support ticket. I know some people don't prefer that but it works for me. I just wanted to offer a special for a short time because I normally charge $8 a month. I understand what everyone is saying but I'm not a bad person and I just wanted to offer a cheap reseller.

I see what you mean :( Don't worry, I'm sure Suntex are a good host. I also found another host, they're partnered with suntex and they're cheap and good so far too, so yeah even if the site doesn't look pro, it doesn't mean they're a bad host ^^ I think is because not many people have heard of suntex before thats why everyone thinks they're a bad host. thats kinda dumb not to be offereing free hosting, i mean ur paying for the damn thing and im pretty sure u payed a pretty good amount i think it should be up to you id u want to chose that our not. well good idea for the cheapness. gluck

Yeah I know but that's their policy. That's why I have another host that does allow free hosting. This is old anyway.. :p
