Aqua Effect

I finally got the name for the plasticly look, I downloaded the plugin from http://www.artistic-effects.com/artisticeffects/ so can I use this in PSP7 and how or else should I download a higher version of PSP for this?

you can use it in psp and to install it all you do is

> make a plugins folder in the paintshop pro folder
> install the aqua effects
> when installing it should make you enter a path to the plugins folder
> find it and click ok
> open psp and it should be installed

edit: sorry to steal your thread avena, but does anyone know why i can't use the software? i can see the preview and change settings but i can't press "okay" and use the graphic.
