Gel Effect Settings

What is the best settings to use on gel effect - lokas. Can someone send me a screenshot please.
And also is this the setting where you can get like a proper shiny effect with the white mark in the corner, like this -

idk about gel since i don't use that effect, but the glitter you posted looks like aqua.
