the lokus effect, i do NOT understand how to install this ..HELP please.. anybody =(

you basically put it in your plugins folder..

Go to your file locations under File, and go to the Plug-in tab and put your Lokus folder there o.0

i've done this a hundred times and it's not showing up when i open psp =/

You have to make sure your PSP program is not open. You go to your Plug-Ins folder and install it there. There is a tutorial on how to install it at http://sprinkle-mix.com

alright, well i tried that tutorial and it still didn't work .. =/ idk what's wrong with this stuff
