Grey outline around my glitter fills?

Does anyone know why I have a grey outline when I use my brush tool to put a transparent glitter fill over my text? I've messed with all of the settings that I think may have caused it to do that but it didn't work...I can use screen fills fine.

The size of the glitter fill might be too big/small. Click on the pattern and where it says scale make sure it's set to 100.
