Brushes in PSP Keeps rotating?

Okay so when i put brushes on psp8 i try to use it but it keep rotating.
i don't know why? do you have an idea or know why it's doing that?

Try restarting your psp...

Still the same, nvm i deleted all the brushes, so now i am gonna re download them

It happend to me before and I closed my PSP program and opened it again and it never did it again.

You don't have to redownload your brushes..

That used to happen to me too! Sometimes I waited a couple of hours and it fixed or I turned of psp and turned it back on again
