colouring in anime

I'm not sure if there's already a thread on this, I couldn't find one.
I was wondering if anybody knows how you colour in anime/manga drawings on Paint Shop Pro 8?

Please don't double post, it's only been two days.

Anyway, you can find some good ones via DA and google, just type in "CG Coloing Tutorials". It's not easy and coloring like that takes alot of practice, my bestfriend has been CGing for years and just recently started getting that good. Not to say that everyone is all the same, you might be a quick learner and be able to do it in a short while.
