Can't login >.>

I don't know if it's me or my host, but I keep getting an error message when I try to login to Cute FTP and also Smart FTP!

This is the smartFTP message:

There is prolly a problem with your host, especially if you've tried on two diff. FTP's.

But my host logged into hers and she said there wasn't any problems. I really want to update my site right now and I can't lol. It's killing meee.

EDIT//: it IS me.. I tried my other site on another host and it says the same thing =[
What do I do?
