Im 'sorta stuck I want to put a transparent fill over my text and stuff >.< ive been wondering how to do it for ages! Can any one tell me how to?

Open the fill in PSP.
Select the text and use the floodfill tool.
Put the fill as a pattern (foreground > pattern).
Click on the selection but make sure the match mode is NONE.

You have to open the fill in animation shop first, otherwise it has a black background to it and then copy and paste each frame (usually 3) into PSP and do what Sarah said :)
