Anyone know any good tutorials for rollovers in PSP 9? I tried some but when you hover over the image, the rollover becomes the image. Does that make sense?
Okay like when I have one of those links on my layout, when you hover over it my entire layout changes to the rollover.
Can anybody help me with it?
