i dont know if this should be here or not, but does anyone know where i can get a fullversion of Paint Shop Pro for free? and also where i can get free eyecandy?

i had a good version, but then my computer did a computer refresh thingy and it got deleted and now i cant find it anywhere. :[[

Firstly that against the KVF rules
Cos Paintshop is not a free program and eye candy you can get it on cute-spot.com
is eye candy paid or free?
