plugins?

wow i'm confused....

#1 - Wat plugin do you need to make glitters? I know it's EyeCandy, but which one?

#2 - There's no folder for plugins. I have PSP 9.... do I just make one?

EyeCandy Impact. Use the glass setting.


To install a plugin, make a plugin folder in the PSP9 folder and then open up PSP and go to

File>Preferences>File Locations>Plugins>Then add the folder your plugin was in and restart PSP
